Hi, I’m Ding.

I’m passionate about supporting BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, first- and second-generation immigrants, and anyone searching for meaning, healing, joy, and the courage to live as their authentic self. I believe therapy should be a safe and affirming space—where you can gently explore your inner world, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have felt lost or silenced, and grow at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, and attachment-based theories to meet you where you are and to help create that therapeutic space where you feel truly seen and supported. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, identity questions, major life transitions, or the weight of intergenerational trauma—I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a big lover of music, Anime, and Pokémon. You might spot me playing Pokémon Go with my headphones on - sometimes singing as I walk through the city. Some of my favourite Anime, like Revolutionary Girl Utena, Millennium Actress, and Mawaru Penguindrum, have deeply influenced the way I view healing and continue to inspire my work in therapy.

I’m currently accepting new clients for in-person and virtual psychotherapy, offering daytime and evening appointments. I want to help bring understanding to anyone who comes to me, even if just for a second.
