Clinical Supervision

Hey - I'm Dan (he/him)!

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and qualified Clinical Supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a Certified Music Therapist.

I offer warm, relational, and trauma-informed clinical supervision for therapists seeking a reflective, collaborative, and growth-oriented space.

I strive to understand you, the supervisee, as more than just a clinician, but as a whole person comprised of your own identity, history, values, and areas of growth. I offer more direct structure when needed, but primarily, I will support you with attunement, authenticity, and curiosity, whether you're exploring difficult client moments, deepening your self-awareness, or seeking clinical feedback. I am anchored by relational, IFS, and creative arts modalities, as well as an anti-oppressive and intersectional lens.

I understand that supervision can feel vulnerable. Many of us carry fears around judgment, performance, or fumbling. I strive to bring ease and a non-judgmental energy so that you feel safe enough to explore these uncomfy, messier moments with compassion and openness.

In our work together, we will nurture your development as a whole clinician: your confidence, use-of-self, clinical voice, boundaries, insight, and well-being. We will explore your clinical work through curiosity, self-reflection, theory integration, and use-of-self awareness.

Our work also may include:

  • Use-of-self, self-awareness, and counter-transference

  • Confidence and strengths-building

  • Developing your authentic therapeutic voice

  • Attachment and relational dynamics
