  • Burnt out

  • Anxious from overthinking

  • Stuck in cycles of worry or self-doubt

  • Disconnected from your creativity

  • Unsure where you fit in or belong

Meet Kat

Welcome! I'm Kat. I love working with 2SLGBTQ+ folks, ADHD, autism, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and burnout. However you are showing up, I'm grateful to explore your stories with you and help you find some relief.

My style is warm, easy-going, and collaborative. We'll work together to understand what's happening in your life, make sense of your experiences, and explore what might help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself.

As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I know how meaningful it can be to work with someone who understands the importance of identity, belonging, and being accepted as you are. I bring an anti-oppressive lens to therapy and strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

There can be depth, vulnerability, creativity, curiosity, and even laughter. Therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy - it can also be a place of discovery, relief, and growth.

STEP 1:

Book a free consultation.

STEP 2:

We'll meet virtually for 15-30 minutes. You can share about what brings you therapy, I'll share about my approach, and we can ask each other questions to see if we're a good fit.

STEP 3:

If it feels right, we can book in a first session and begin working together!
