Welcome! I’m Kat, and I’m passionate about helping youth, adults, students, queer and trans folks, and neurodivergent folks navigate difficult experiences, find meaningful connections, and deepen self-understanding. I believe therapy should be a warm, collaborative, and affirming space to explore your stories, identity, and curiosities.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity affirming, drawing from Narrative, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused modalities to meet your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, chronic stress, identity, past trauma, or relationship concerns, I deeply honour the opportunity to explore your stories with you and help you align with your preferences for yourself.
A bit about me: I’m a former competitive dancer, and in finding a gentler way to move my body, I have found a love for practicing yoga. Outside the therapy room, I also love spending time with my cats, listening to music, watching movies, researching, being in nature, and playing video games!
I’m currently accepting new virtual and in-person clients for afternoon and evening appointments.
